Work or Job Interview Makeup

Hello beauties, I share with a work or job interview look.  I thought it would be good to do looks that are practical to most people, things that you can do with your eyes closed and since most people wake up to go to work or have interviews and you want to look well groomed.  For job or work you want to look like you made an effort and that starts with your base (your face) you want to look natural and not have caked on makeup and to do that you can do a few things, if you have combination or oily skin you can use strobe creams or high lighters, bronzer to achieve that dewy look, or mix your foundations, one with dewy finish with a matte finish and get the best of both words like I have done.  If you have dry skin then the world is your oyster, you can use dewy foundation L'Oreal Lumi, YSL Touche Eclat Foundation, Illmasqua Skin Base, MAC Mineralize Foundation, MAC Face and Body, Becca Radiant Skin Satin Foundation, Makeup Forever HD, Bobbi Brown Moisture Rich list goes on etc

You can see that my skin looks glossy but it will stay in place because I mixed my dewy foundation with a matte foundation.  It mimics the natural glow of your skin without looking sweaty, providing shine in the right places.  You also you a tinted moisturiser, which you make by mixing your facing cream with your foundation or you can buy, you can also get a BB Cream (Beauty Balm) or CC Cream ( Colour Corrector) which are light weight, you can top up with your face power to keep it in place and add a little more overage.  If you have great skin I would spot conceal, which is just to over uneven skin and blemishes.

Depending on what type of environment you work in or type of job you do you can wear more or just like what I have and depending on the time you have.  If you work where you can wear much more that deepen the colour add some shine but if in a corporate environment then softer colours, bronze, golds, coppers, champagne, pinks, taupe's, the list is endless, I choose for a matte look.

Hope it help and I hope you enjoy

How I SNATCH My Eyebrows

Hey beauties, I share with you how I snatch my eyebrows... one of my cousins GRACE has comments on my brows and I just thought might as well do a video about how I get these brows looking right!!  I love for my brows to not look over drawn, or look to powdery but look natural.  I don't like an over drawn in arch, or too dark of a brow and or even a brow that is way to long for my face, it has to be just right.  As I have had so much practice I find it easy to be consistent with my shape and know how to make them even.  I prefer a fuller brow as opposed to pencil thin ones, so ladies its best to never take off too much from your natural brow.  So without much more the video will walk you through 2 yes ladies 2 ways of how to SNATCH those brows, I hope you enjoy and I hope it helps you out.

Orange and Brown Fun Look

Hey beauties, here is a fun look I came up with, I posted this on Instagram and thought why not record it.  The only difference is I used a brown outer corner while the picture on my Instagram has a plum outer corner, so if you wanted you could do that instead, brown just makes it a lot more wearable. This is another way of rocking a pop of colour on your lid and still have it be very wearable.  I loved this look so sunny and pretty, as when looking straight ahead you see a peak of orange but when you look down all that orange can be seen and that's what I love about looks like this.  You can use that technique with any bright colour of your choice and or glitter.

Hope you like ;o)

MAC in Amber Lights

Hey beauties, I am BACKKKKK I don't know what has been going on with Blogger and YouTube but I found a way around it all and I can carry doing what I love and sharing with you looks.  I share this super simple look that will set brown off, your eyes end up looking golden and its simple 2 colours.  If there is one eyeshadow you should own is Amber Lights from MAC its a beautiful rusty gold colour that can be used wet or dry and is beautiful on all eye colours and the orange lip can be very wearable as you can see.

Thank you for being super patient with me... I hope you enjoy

April Favourites

Hey beauties, I share with you my April favourites... Sorry it a bit late I have an assignment due in so that has been consuming most of my time hence why this post is a late.  I really have enjoyed using the colour orange.  I didn't even realise that I had orange shirt, orange eye shadow all unplanned.  Orange is one of those colours that you wouldn't ever think to pick up and use on its own but I find on deeper skin tones it works very well, especially orange blushes.
