Gold and Bronze Glitter

Hey beauties, I share with you my glitter look that I filmed this afternoon.  I had done this before but didn't like how it turned out so I dusted myself off and tried again and THIS I LOVE!!  It does take more time but this is the result you get.  Its dramatic but without being over the top, the rest of the face has less drama, a nude pink lip and soft pink cheeks allows all the focus to be on the eyes and the lashes used and flared out.  Its a longer video only because I show you how I highlight/conceal under my eyes to create that highlight and indeed to conceal those little glitter that may still be there.

Any who I hope you all like it and HAVE A HAPPY EASTER

MACs Club and a Coral Lip

Hey beauties, I bought a colour from MAC called Club, its a beautiful satin colour which is a duo chrome, beautiful green colour with brown infused in it, when you wet Club you get more of a green colour, when dry you get more of a brown.  Club sat in my makeup box for a good while, I wanted to use it but had no idea what to do with it and finally it came to me and this is what I came up with.  It is by far one of my favourites along with a colour called Stars and Rockets which is a another duo chrome  a pink infused with blue purple so beautiful.  You may notice that my lower lash line is black, but I didn't put anything on, it was the black liner from the upper water line coming down and smudging mascara on my lower lashes.

I hope you all like it, I love its versatility , I love the finish of satin shadows, they apply easily, blend easily and blend into other colours effortlessly and veluxe pearl finish.  This shadow is good for all eye colours but makes brown and blue eyes pop!

This so wearable during the day if you want to kick up a notch, grab black eyeliner fill in your lower water line, smudge out the lower lash line with a grey or black and then add brown to create that smoke, go deeper with a grey or black in the crease and blend it outward.  Deepen your blush colour and add that highlight and your good to go.

Please excuse, you will see at some point my eye begun to water like mad, I don't know but I kept it moving.

Golden Neutral Eye with Bright Lip

Hey beauties, I bring to you this look that literally I have been rocking because its so easy to throw on and I loved the bright lip.  Now I have slowly really slowly embraced brighter lips. I never used to wear any kind of bright lip but now I love it and if you want to go bright there is nothing brighter than Candy Yum Yum  by MAC, it is a bright neon pink colour, but off course you do not have to wear it like that and paired with the deeper lip liner helps bring the brightness down and the gloss pulls it all together.  With or without gloss the lip colour is simply gorgeous.  If like me you are nervous about bright lips start with a stain, or wearing a bright lip dumbed down or lightly on and work up to neon, you can embrace the trend and still be in your comfort zone.

Enough talking I hope you enjoy

New Cosmetics

Hey beauties, I'm back this is I guess part 2 of the extra long haul, I split it because frankly who wants to watch me for 42 minutes, not even I would so I spared you all and cut it :) however I share the other half.  I did purchased all these things over a 2 month period and just put them away however I didn't realise I collected so much.
Things I am most happy with are the lip liners which I never ever thought I would get into using, but since collecting so many colourful lippies for me I must have a lip liner to balance out the colour.  The brushes and the lashes are just a must for me, bought lashes that I had never tried before and bought a brand of brushes that is new to me.

Until next video

New Cosmetics Eyes and Lips

Hey beauties, so no post I was very unwell and the energy was at -0 but I am getting better so YEP I am back, they can't keep me out the shops they really can't :) so I shopped till I dropped, I split the video in 2 because it was frankly too long, a whooping 42 minutes long so I chopped it in half and will post the other half Monday.  I hope you enjoy, these are some of my favourite video's to watch on YouTube simply because its the best way to get some ideas of stuff you may never have thought to try.  Like the Kate Moss lipsticks I saw them early on but never even though anything about them till I saw loads of video's with girls saying they like them, and I have to say they are pretty good, creamy, glide on nicely, aren't super long lasting but you won't be disappointed, a little confused with the packaging??

The spring so far is about soft pastels, light colour on the lip so all my bright can be worn just like it, just because something is bright doesn't mean you must wear it at full capacity because you don't.

Product Focus: Earth Glo Minerals

Hey beauties, I share with you a product focus video.  This where I shed some light on a company who's products I am most impressed with, in this case it is Earth Glo Minerals.  Mineral makeup if you don't know is all natural makeup, free of a lot of junk that tends not to be good for our skin.

Earth Glo Minerals was started by Dana Frankovich, she owns the company and makes the makeup.  I first bought these loose eye shadows about 4 years ago.  The products impressed me so much that I made a video about them.  I wanted to do an updated one as it was a very long time ago, I have grown in my makeup knowledge and have expanded to include a lot more colours from Earth Glo Minerals.

Earth Glo Minerals shadows have no sulfates, petrochemicals, phthalates. 100% natural, vegan, gluten and cruelty free. Allows skin to breathe, great for people with rosacea or acne, hypo-allergenic and non-comedogenic. No nanos, free from perfumes, talc, oils, bismuth oxychloride, dyes or parabens.  They are cruelty free and are not tested on any animals.

Mineral makeup will not clog pores, will not irritate your skin as it contains natural goodness, I find for me one of the major causes of break out is having face products with perfume, talc, dye them, which break up the natural ph balance in your skin, personally I see now reason for any face products to contain perfume in them.

The eyeshadows come in 5ml clear plastic cases, I show you the old packaging and the new packaging in the video along with wet and dry swatches.

The cost of the eyeshadow is $3.99 when converted to British Pound Sterling £2.67 and converted into the Euro is it 3.06

Shipping within the US is at a flat rate of $6.00
Shipping Internationally ORDERS UNDER $50.00 is $12.00
Shipping Internationally ORDERS OVER $50.00 is $20.00

If you live In Europe expect your order to take 1-2 weeks to arrive, Dana is gracious enough to always include samples of eyeshadow with your order

Hope you enjoy and I hope you purchase, you will not be disappointed

February Favourites

Hey beauties, I share with you may favourites for last month, as I sad I will try and post these at the beginning of the next month.  There was just so many things I loved using, I had to cut out a few things and narrow it down to stuff I used more than twice and trust me when I say I used all these things.  This is one of my favourite types of videos to watch, as I get to learn what else I could try that I have not, or even the odd advice that folks put out in these video's.

I hope you enjoy

Golden Eyes

Hey beauties, I share with you a easy gold look with you, this time I added false lashes by Red Cherry #600, my very favourite kind of lash, as no one can tell that they are false, it has happened that someone asked what I was wearing and I told them including the false lash and they said your wearing a false lash.  So if you looking for a false lash that is not too long and looks natural these are very good.  When I want a natural lash this is what I use or #503.  As the eyes are so simple I choose to play up the cheek and make it bright more peachy pink and my go to peach pink nude lip.  Its one of these looks that good for all occasions   The gold is not blinged out shimmery madness, its more of a sheen that shimmer that's what makes it easy to wear even to work.  For work I would say don't blend the gold all the way to under your brow and blend it off at your crease.  I think everyone should own a gold eyeshadow, they are many different types of gold and one can never have enough gold eyeshadow :)

If you wanted to change it up you could use a dark plum colour in the crease, MAC shadowy lady, Armani maestro 24 or any plum colour, or a black or a dark brown to add definition, in the crease then on the out lower lash line, don't take it all the way eye because you want to wear it during the day if at night then yes take the colour to the inner corner.

I hope you like it, I loved this look
